About Us
Peace and Serenity is your community based healthcare management company that focuses on increasing positive health outcomes and improving the quality of life of individuals and families.
Our services are qualified through the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) and the Department of Human Services (DHS). We specialize in providing Service and Supports Coordination for individuals 21+ with autism, and 18+ with physical disabilities, brain injuries, cognitive impairments, mental health concerns, individuals who are aging and more. We are advocates at heart with the goal of promoting healthy living, education and self-advocacy to our clients.

We listen to and observe each person to determine what is important to them and
where support is needed.

We get individuals the supports of their care plan and safeguard their health.
